Sal and Abhay ( AKA Abby)’s wedding is full of fun, love and personality. A modern love story with a match on Tinder, these two celebrated their love in Brisbanes Fortitude Vally in Australia with family and friends.

Sal wore our Auldyn gown in crepe from Bloom Australia in Brisbane, and topped off her look with a sequinned veil and some vintage sunglasses. With a cool retro car and a found mural wall full of gigantic lipstick kisses for photos, this couple chucked tradition out the window and ran with it!

Describe you and your guy?

Describe you and your guy? Me, i'm a Libran so the complete life of the party. I can't make a decision to save my life and lose everything. Abby is almost the polar opposite, quiet, cool, calm and collective. so we totally compliment each other.

How did you meet?

well it was one of those modern day romance's, thanks to Tinder.

How did you know he was The One?

He was happy to invest and commit and camp for three solid days at Splendour In the Grass with me after only dating for a few months. Still to this day the best three days I've ever had.

What do you do? I’m a mumma to two awesome children, Vann (15) and Vivienne (8months) . I'm also a registered midwife.

What is your regular street style? Trying to not look 40!

What is bridal style? romantic, with a side of bougee

What made you fall in love with your &FL dress and where did you find it?

From the minute I saw your & for love collection I knew I was going to wear one! Initially I was completely drawn to your Dreamtime dress, however Sam mentioned your new collection was dropping a few months later so I had to wait a little longer as your dresses are soooooo iconic. immediately i fell for Auldyn in crepe, puff sleeves and pockets. I found her in a boutique in Brisbane called Bloom Australia.

Describe your wedding- any inspiration or themes you were drawn to when planning?

Our wedding day was the biggest love festival. Like so much love and laughter. What was the vibe? Big Boujee love energy. Also the gin bar later in the night was so good!
